Reversed Obama Policy May Be The End For Transgenders

The DOJ has put an end to people using the term “transgender” as a uniqueness and receiving special rights in the work force.

Will this also put an end to the restroom, cloths changing, school, sports, sleeping arrangements issue using transgender as your reasoning? Time will tell.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has reversed an Obama-era policy explicitly defining transgender workers as protected under employment discrimination laws.

The Wednesday (10-4-2017) policy reversal of what qualifies as employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act comes down to an idealogical disagreement over whether “sex” is decided by a person’s birth certificate, or whether sexual discrimination includes broader gender identity. Title VII prohibits any employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin. Former Attorney General Eric Holder in 2014 interpreted “sex” discrimination to apply to discrimination based on gender identity, while Sessions’ DOJ interprets that it only applies to discrimination between men and women.

Sessions’ DOJ argues Holder went beyond the definition of the 1964 law by including transgender discrimination.

“The Department of Justice cannot expand the law beyond what Congress has provided,” DOJ spokesperson Devin O’Malley said. Unfortunately, the last administration abandoned that fundamental principle, which necessitated today’s action. This Department remains committed to protecting the civil and constitutional rights of all individuals, and will continue to enforce the numerous laws that Congress has enacted that prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.”

All White Guys Are Today’s Villains

Attention all white men, the DNC still hates you. With the current comments from Michelle Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton one thing is perfectly clear the DNC needs a villain and it’s white men. All other ethnic group of guys you’re okay. They like you.

Even the extreme left wing liberals white males are not excluded from this hate. Don’t get me wrong they want you to vote for them but you’re a low life in their eyes. And if you don’t vote for them you’re as evil as they claim claim you are.

Even the mainstream media has gotten in on this game. Look at the recent shooter, Stephen Paddock. The only thing the media says about the guy is that he was 64 years old and a white male. Nothing about his political connections, practically nothing about his family, his work, his friends in life, just that he was a white male.

They go as far as to protect his girlfriend as a innocent bystander. Because she was completely clueless that a white guy had all those guns and ammunition in the house and she knew nothing about it. Never even question it. Where do I find one of these women? I can’t walk in to my own house with a new shirt on without the 20 questions.

Like Hitler use the Jews as the reason for Germany’s problems, the DNC will blame the white man for all of theirs problems. Because you can’t create hate unless you have a villain.

Simple Understanding of Personal Taxes

The rich and middle class do not pay taxes. What they do is: pass their tax fee’s to the poor by means of increasing the price of the products they sell.

Has it ever made you wonder why the rich never complain when politicians scream “raise their taxes?” Do you wonder why prices on things keep going up? We’ll make this as simple as we can on this matter.

Recently, President Trump has made his move to lower taxes on the middle class and the poorest while keeping the richest taxes high. Why? Because if you put more “cash” in the pockets of the poor and middle class, they spend more which creates “a wave” of jobs and lowers the unemployment rate. (get’s people back to work)

When the richest (or middle class) go for a job, they figure how much money they need to bring home, then add the taxes they have to pay into what they need to bring home to work for somebody. The taxes they pay, get incorporated into the cost of the product/service they sell. Now when you buy their product/service, your paying their taxes. It’s just that simple.

Here’s some example:
Doctors and hospitals keep rising their fee’s not because they’re greedy, it’s to pay the taxes they are hit with and bring home the money they feel they should make. Who pays for these increases? You.

Crewing gum, in the 60’s and 70’s cost $.01 each. Now the cheapest you can find is maybe $.05 each. Why? Chewing gum hasn’t changed, it’s still made with the same stuff. The only changes are the taxes they are charged. Which you pay for when you buy the gum.

When your supervisor goes to the owner for a raise and get’s the raise, the company just spreads the raise cost to the product/service they sell. The customer may not notice the price increase right of the bat, but when they look back at the cost over a time frame, the realize they’re getting screwed.

In conclusion: The next time you hear some blowhard say “the poor do not pay taxes” scream bullshit! The poor pay everybody’s taxes. Not directly, but in the cost of the product they buy.
